Awesome Microbe Carnival
Before
When Dr Wan tell us about Awesome Microbe Carnival at first I thought this even maybe similar with our previous event.Later on when we know that we have to do 3D model I quite shock because I have never have heard about it before so I was wonder how to do it and it is hard?.
Next, we know that this event involve all microbiology student from year 1 to Final year.The first meeting that all microbiology student attend is about the job dividing for each years.For second year,third semester we were asked to do structure of prokaryote. Our group have to do about Nucleoid.I wonder how we should present because there are many people different course,different age that will be present during that day.
After
I feel relieve when I see the 3d model .I have know about a few software that can do the 3d model and how to it based on software that I try.It is quite valuable knowledge that I get.Hope I can do better 3d model next time.
During the carnival I also learn about what people know about microorganisms. Even though some of student that came doesn't even relate with microbes but they came to visit.They interested in what we tell them.During this process I learn how to explain to people that do not learn about microbiology.
When some of the visitor ask question it make me curious and directly search for answer.This make my knowledge and understanding better.Although some of question asked to our group quite hard and unable to answer it on the spot but we manage to find the answer after that.
When I in charge of streaking of activity booth I get to know that there are many ways people do streaking method when the visitor try to do streaking.Actually there are many course learn about streaking method and microbiology in their course.
Finally,I think I enjoy doing Awesome Microbe Carnival with my group members and all microbiology student there are many new things that I learn.
